Dr. K Niraimathi is a Research Consultant and Founder- Director of Fenivi Research Solutions, which works with institutions and individuals to optimize their scientific productivity by providing end-to-end support at every stage of the research process. She is proficient in research techniques and conducts courses on research methods, protocol development, operational research in collaboration with eminent organizations. She has completed her interdisciplinary Ph. D. in Family Studies and Psychology from the University of Madras.

She is a pillar of support for IAPS and also a very committed person. She extends her expertise without hesitation. She is also the Consultant to IAPS Research Committee. And with her at the helm, the committee will reach heights.

He is awarded with Ph.D in Community Psychiatry (2012), under Madurai Kamaraj University. His area of interests is Community Psychiatry, Psycho Social Rehabilitation and De addiction. He has been teaching the Post Graduates for more than 25 years. Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation is another pet project of Dr.C.R.S and he strongly believes that psychiatric treatment should reach the door steps of the very poor also.

Based on the successful outcome of Police Wellbeing Programme in terms of smoothening/conducive relationship between Police personnel and civilians / Police Personnel and Family members, Dr. C.Ramasubramanian is recently conferred as Member of recently constituted Fifth Police Commission of Tamil Nadu in order to improve delivery of Police Service through better police interaction, training and welfare initiatives. We are humbled by Dr C R S’s acceptance of the Honorary membership. We look forward to his guidance and support.
