Dr.Philip Armstrong Ph.D., is a world-renowned presenter, educator, and leader in the Mental Health community. Dr.Armstrong has also published a textbook on counselling and a best-selling text on marketing for private practitioners. Mr.Ganesh Nerur has had over 37 years of corporate experience having worked in the Banking and IT industries extensively. He has travelled widely and handled clients across the world. He has managed large teams and has mentored employees across cadres. He is also a qualified Applied Psychologist.

Commodore M.T.Ramesh (Retd) was commissioned in the Indian Navy on 16 Feb 1987 on completion of M.Sc from Madras University. He has been awarded with Commendation by Chief of Army Staff, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (Southern Naval Command) and Chairman, Chief of Staff Committee (HQ IDS) for his meritorious service. An able administrator and a dynamic leader evinces keen interest in broadening the horizon of his knowledge in the field of Psychology resulting pursuant of research study in selection of Psychological Correlates of Sub-optimal performance at Services Selection Boards in Department of Defence and Strategic Studies in University of Madras. He is a keen golfer, horse rider, trekker, enjoys playing squash and doing yoga.

One of the youngest advanced laparoscopic surgeons in the world, having done over 2000 laparoscopic surgeries before the age of 30 years. One of the faculty in an advanced laparoscopic surgery training program called MISTI, having trained over 300 surgeons and gynecologists. Have over 20 publications in scientific research journals in surgery.
