Commodore M.T.Ramesh (Retd) was commissioned in the Indian Navy on 16 Feb 1987 on completion of M.Sc from Madras University. He has been awarded with Commendation by Chief of Army Staff, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (Southern Naval Command) and Chairman, Chief of Staff Committee (HQ IDS) for his meritorious service. One of the faculty in an advanced laparoscopic surgery training program called MISTI, having trained over 300 surgeons and gynecologists. Have over 20 publications in scientific research journals in surgery.
